If there’s one thing I’ve always known, it’s that change is constant, so I got comfortable with it early. I started my career in social media, riding the wave of digital transformation from its earliest stages.

Over the past decade (and then some), I worked my way through nearly every corner of digital marketing, learning the ins and outs of how brands show up and scale online.

But along the way, I realized that social media and paid ads weren’t enough. What truly excited me was pushing boundaries, leaning into cultural and consumer behavior shifts, platform evolution and emerging technologies.

That curiosity for what’s next became my edge, leading me to where I am today.

I focus on blending career guidance with real opportunities, giving emerging talent the voice, visibility, and confidence to thrive. Beyond formal programs, I extend mentorship and advisory support across the broader media and innovation ecosystem, ensuring diverse leaders are equipped to shape the future.

I spearheaded the development of a global insights-to-action model that unified intelligence across regions and disciplines. By embedding consumer, cultural, and digital insights directly into the campaign process, I created a framework that allowed teams to anticipate shifts, align faster, and deliver more resonant work.

My role was to architect the practice and ensure consistency, turning intelligence into a repeatable growth driver for the agency and its clients. This model not only elevated the strategic value of communications but also became a differentiator in pitches, positioning the agency as a leader in insight-led, integrated campaigns.

In the early days of paid social, I helped establish the agency’s paid media capability from the ground up, leading campaign execution across social and digital to drive growth. Working in a startup-style environment, I guided a small, entrepreneurial team to build strategy, processes, and cross-channel expertise that elevated campaigns and client impact.

This work not only delivered measurable growth but also shaped my leadership approach, teaching me how to cultivate talent, guide teams into new areas, and translate emerging platforms into scalable strengths for the agency.

At Publicis Media, I lead roles and functions that unite innovation-focused strategy and intelligence into a cohesive practice for clients. My focus is on making these disciplines a true growth driver—establishing them as a key pillar of agency leadership, partnerships, and reputation.

By orchestrating intelligence across teams, I translate complexity into clarity, turning insights from emerging platforms and media innovation into strategies that fuel client growth and contribute directly to the agency’s momentum and success.
