If there’s one constant in my career, it has been change. I became comfortable navigating it early, starting out in social media as digital platforms began reshaping how brands connect with people.
Over the past decade and beyond, I’ve worked across nearly every corner of digital marketing, building a deep understanding of how brands establish relevance, scale, and evolve within increasingly complex media and technology ecosystems.
Along the way, it became clear that channels or advertising tactics alone were never the answer. What consistently drives impact is understanding the cultural context behind behavior—how shifts in consumer expectations, platform dynamics, and emerging technologies shape attention, loyalty, and growth.
That curiosity for what’s next, combined with a focus on practical application, ultimately shaped how I lead today: helping teams and organizations navigate change with clarity, confidence, and strategic direction.

At Publicis Media, I lead roles and functions that bring together innovation-driven strategy and cultural intelligence into a unified capability for clients. My focus is on embedding these disciplines into how the agency thinks, operates, and partners with brands.

Realizing Potential @ IPG | Weber Shandwick
I identified an opportunity to strengthen how strategy connected integrated marketing, media, PR, and executive visibility efforts, and developed a more intentional way for the strategy team to engage across those moments.
I helped shape a clearer strategic approach that enabled teams to translate consumer and cultural insight into stronger narratives, sharper planning, and more cohesive execution.
Building a Function @ Publicis | MSL
In the early days of paid social, I helped establish the agency’s paid media capability from the ground up, leading campaign execution across social and digital channels to drive growth.
Working in a startup-style environment, I guided a small entrepreneurial team in building strategy, processes, and cross-channel expertise that strengthened campaign performance and client outcomes.
This experience shaped my leadership approach—teaching me how to develop talent, guide teams into emerging areas, and translate new platforms into scalable capabilities for the agency.
NextGen Leaders @ Impact Programs
Across programs including Adweek Executive Mentorship Program, Girls in Tech, Out in Tech, and startup accelerators such as Outlier Ventures, I mentor and advise emerging marketers, strategists, and innovation leaders.
My focus is on pairing career guidance with real industry exposure—helping talent build confidence, visibility, and a clear point of view as they navigate complex and fast-changing industries.
Beyond formal programs, I provide ongoing mentorship and advisory support across the media and innovation ecosystem, with a commitment to helping develop diverse leaders equipped to shape what comes next.
